Events DC backs Swans in Prestigious FA Cup
SWANSEA, United Kingdom, Jan. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Events DC, the official convention and sports authority for Washington, DC, has announced their global support of Swansea City, by becoming the club's first FA Cup sleeve sponsor. The FA Cup will begin on Saturday, January 5 at Villa Park.
As the Swans new supporter, Events DC was strategically attracted to the club through their American ownership and close working relationship with MLS' D.C. United. Events DC operates and manages the historic RFK Stadium, the previous home to D.C. United and has hosted many international matches at the iconic stadium.
