Event Space Available
RFK Stadium features modernized event space suitable for receptions, meetings or press conferences. On the east side of the Stadium, the VW Lounge (pictured below) combines comfort and class with access to a tremendous view of the playing field. Features include a climate-controlled environment, private bathrooms, bar area with sink, cabinets and private refrigerator, lounge area, 2 flat-screen televisions, capacity to 125 persons and outdoor seating adjacent to the event space. Also available is the 7,500 square feet Champions Club, an open-air, covered event space suitable for larger scale affairs for up to 450 persons.
On the west side of the Stadium, the Capital View Club and Terrace boast eye-catching views of the DC Armory Mall, the U.S. Capitol and the Washington Monument. The Capital View Club is suitable for more casual settings and features a climate-controlled environment, private restrooms, bar area with sink and cabinets, large flat-screen television and seating for 50.
RFK Stadium features a total of 27 suites and private boxes with private seating for 10-60 persons. Suites include hospitality space, private restrooms, large-screen televisions and catering service areas.
The RFK Stadium Field is 82,000 square feet of natural grass playing surface. Both endzones feature space for hospitality or interactive fan functions to compliment the main event on the playing field or as a standalone event. Field area also includes Daktronics ProStar Video and Ribbon Boards and Monochrome Matrix Scoreboard. Modernized locker rooms and dressing rooms are readily accessible from the field. An open-air Press Box seats 75 and is internet ready (located on mezzanine level).
Any non-sporting event taking place on the RFK Stadium field is required to install a protective flooring (e.g. Terraplas) to protect the field.
Inside Stadium Signage
Signage is permitted inside the Stadium provided it is not political, offensive or in poor taste. Banners may not obstruct the view of any fans or cover existing Stadium signage (exception: existing sponsorship signage). Existing sponsorship signage structures and signs may be covered or replaced with new signage specific to a particular event at the cost of the promoter.
Outside Stadium Signage
Signage is permitted outside the Stadium provided the content is not commercial, political, offensive or in poor taste, and signage content relates directly to the event(s) taking place inside the Stadium and/or Festival Grounds. Signage may be erected no more than 24 hours prior to the start of the event and must be removed within 24 hours following the conclusion of the event.
