Events DC and Washington City Paper to Host Outdoor Summer Cinema Series at Gateway DC and RFK Stadium-Armory Mall


Washington, DC – [June 29, 2016] – Events DC, the official convention and sports authority for the District of Columbia has teamed up with the Washington City Paper and RCN to announce a super-sized outdoor summer cinema series at three locations starting Wednesday, June 29.  The three locations include Carnegie Library at Mt. Vernon SquareGateway DC in the Congress Heights neighborhood and the RFK Stadium-Armory Mall, featuring a mix of family-friendly classics, blockbusters and unforgettable comedies.  

The complimentary series will include 14 screenings and seating will begin at 6:30 p.m. with movies starting at dusk.  Guests are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, snacks and friends.
