Growing Gateway

Just off I-295, in the shadow of Washington, DC’s landmark RFK Stadium, The Fields at RFK Campus are conveniently located about two miles east of the U.S. Capitol Building near the scenic west bank of the Anacostia River.

The Fields are part of an ecologically sustainable long-term plan to increase accessibility to neighborhoods in the Southeast corridor and transform the area into the District’s new gateway to year-round sports, recreational and cultural activities. 

After a workout or winning game, visitors can head to nearby Barracks Row and Capitol Hill to sample some of the District’s best dining, drinks, shopping and entertainment. The Skate Park and Festival Grounds at RFK Campus and Kingman and Heritage Islands are also right next door. 

Hikers, bikers, players and paddlers - everyone can find something happening for them near The Fields at RFK Campus.
