Warrior Spirit Benefit for the Brave joins acclaimed bestselling author Fred Minnick at the Champions Club in Nationals Park November 10th for a one night only rare whiskey tasting. All proceeds will benefit the USO.
This isn't some run-of-the-mill watering hole tasting. There will be blind folds and bourbon so good that you'd stand in line to buy. After you've received professional sensory training and learned about bourbon's history, you will be sanctioned as an official taster for this taste off. In addition, Fred will ask for volunteers to join him on stage to wear a blindfold and smell objects without sight. You'll be surprised how many things you cannot smell if you can't see it. You will analyze the bourbon in a blind flight and choose your favorite. The crowd will vote and can guess what they are tasting. What are the bourbons? Taste to find out.
