Join Events DC at Costume Carnival at the Gateway DC on Monday, October 31, 2022, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. This is a free, family-friendly outdoor Halloween celebration and it's open to the public with music and festive activities. We encourage families with children of all ages to dress as their favorite character for a chance to win the costume contest. Local community partners will also decorate their booths and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. This event is free, but registration is required, please see the ticket link.
