The window is now open through Saturday, June 10 to accept field and pavilion permit requests for the fall season — September 3 - November 25, 2023. All requests submitted after the permit window will be considered on a rolling basis. [Please note: Limited or no permits are available for the following dates: Oct. 18, Oct. 28, and Oct. 29.]
Any organization seeking recurring field permits will be required to attend a Permit Holder Roundtable Discussion to be held via Zoom on June 27 covering operating policy from 3-5 pm. This event is mandatory for any organization seeking permits for Fall 2023. Details will be provided to all applicants.
