Riding Through the City

The DC Bike Ride is a tradition in the district where cyclists get to tour the city sights in an interactive way. Events DC is a proud major sponsor event, allowing riders to enjoy 20 miles of car-free safe streets with a community of other cyclists and to enjoy the Finish Festival full of entertainment and activities for all.  

DC Bike Ride advocates for a bike-accessible city and during the pandemic, biking communities are beginning to evolve. Our GATHER platform highlights Breaking Barriers to Ride an organization prominent voices at DC Bike Ride to discuss a better future for riding.
