Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Leadership Conference and 48th Annual Awards Gala 2025

The CHCI Leadership Conference and Annual Awards Gala is the largest celebration of Latino excellence in the nation. CHCI’s Leadership Conference includes sessions featuring over two hundred national leaders, elected officials, and influencers. The Awards Gala will pay homage to the country’s most notable leaders for their legacies of impact and inspiration. With a mission to uplift the next generation of Latino leaders, CHCI is honored to highlight and celebrate emerging change agents from their leadership programs as well as their distinguished Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.
