Notice of 2024 Public Meetings 

The Board of Directors of the Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC, in accordance with the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act of 1973, D.C. Code §1-207.42 (2006 Repl., 2011 Supp.), and the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act of 1968, as amended by the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, D.C. Code §2-576(5) (2011 Repl., 2011 Supp.), hereby gives notice that it has scheduled the following meetings for 2024: January 11, February 8, March 14, April 11, May 9, June 13, July 18, September 12, October 10, November 14, December 12.

All meetings are open for the public to attend in-person only at 10:00 a.m. at the Jarvis Boardroom, Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Allen Y. Lew Place, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Notice of a Special Board Meeting on March 6, 2024

The Board of Directors of the Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC, in accordance with the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act of 1973, D.C. Code § 1-207.42 (2006 Repl., 2011 Supp.), and the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act of 1968, as amended by the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, D.C. Code § 2-576(5) (2011 Repl., 2011 Supp.), hereby gives notice of that the Authority’s Board of Directors will convene a Special Meeting on March 6, 2023 at 11:30 am to discuss the Authority’s Fiscal Year 2025 proposed budget and five year financial plan.  The meeting will take place virtually.  A link for the meeting will be available at https://eventsdc.com/board-meeting-livestream. Notice of Time Change for the Regular March 14, 2024, Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC, in accordance with the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act of 1973, D.C. Code §1-207.42 (2006 Repl., 2011 Supp.), and the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act of 1968, as amended by the Open Meetings Amendment Act of 2010, D.C. Code §2-576(5) (2011 Repl., 2011 Supp.), hereby gives notice of a time change of its March 14, 2024, Board of Directors meeting.  The March 14, 2024, Board of Directors meeting will convene at 10:30 a.m. at the Walter E.
