Embassy Recipe: Trinidad and Tobago

Chicken Pelau is a very popular one pot dish that is a household staple in Trinidad and Tobago.

This is a comfort food not only enjoyed for its unique taste but for the simplicity of pairing Chicken, Pigeon Peas, Rice and Coconut Milk to create a one pot dish which can be found on any table daily, or family weekend lunch specials, a day at the beach with family and friends and during the Carnival celebrations and parties.
